Art direction and layout of the customized research report, "Medical Meet Office" published by Transwestern. In order to illustrate the report's core message of converting vacant office space to medical office facilities, I utilized a collection of 3D models in order to create two different scenes for each room, one containing standard office equipment, and another showing the room in a clinical use scenario. I then split the scenes in half, demontrating the conversion possibilities. You can view the report here.
